Welcome to FolloWars. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FolloWars website and Twitch Extension.

  1. Who We Are

FolloWars is an interactive Twitch-connected experience developped by Haus of Park where viewers participate in live strategy matches. The experience includes a website and Twitch Extension.

  1. Twitch Extension Usage

By activating the FolloWars Twitch Extension, you agree that:

  • Your Twitch User ID and Display Name may be collected and stored.
  • Your in-game actions (e.g., unit activity, performance stats) may be logged and associated with your Twitch identity.
  • These stats may be displayed in real time or in post-match summaries such as leaderboards or dashboards.

We do not request or store your Twitch login credentials. All data is linked via Twitch's secure authorization process.

  1. Website Usage

Our website provides match-related information and game analytics. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or reverse-engineer site functionality.
  • Attempt to access protected content or systems without authorization.
  1. Ownership and Rights

All game-related intellectual property (game mechanics, visuals, branding) belongs to Twitch Interactive, Inc. and its respective partners, where applicable. Use of this property outside the intended Twitch ecosystem is not permitted.

  1. Limitation of Liability

FolloWars is provided "as is." We make no guarantees of availability or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss, Twitch API changes, or third-party platform issues.

  1. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or extension after an update implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
